Returns & Exchanges
At Epic Armoury, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your items don't fit your character's needs, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
