The Story
Mokko-gata Tsuba
The Mokko-gata Tsuba is a swappable hand guard moulded in flexible polyurethane to fit both the Katana, Ryugan Katana and the Naginata Compact, letting you reskin your sword without buying a new one. The shape is one of the most recognisable in Japanese sword history, a four-lobed mokko (melon) silhouette with gently curved edges that frame the blade with quiet, classic presence.
Each tsuba is hand-painted in a durable finish detailed to read as real metal from a distance, with two finishes to choose from so you can match the rest of your fittings or set up two looks for the same blade. Light, flexible, and safe for full LARP use.
Features
- Swappable Ryugan katana fitting, mount it in seconds
- Traditional four-lobed mokko-gata (melon) silhouette
- Moulded in flexible polyurethane for safe LARP use
- Hand-painted finish detailed to read as real metal
- Available in Gold & Steel or Steel & Dark Silver
